William is an Ordained Minister and Board Certified Chaplain who performs Spiritual, Religious, Civil and Renewal of Vows Ceremonies. I will travel to your location. If your not a member of a Church and want a Minister to perform your Wedding Ceremony over a Justice of the Peace, Rev. William is the best alternative.
