Policies:
There is a non-refundable $100.00 booking fee required on all Weddings. This fee will be applied to your final total. If you should postpone or cancel your ceremony and I am unable to officiate, The fee is not refundable.
I am only able to hold advance wedding dates with receipt of your booking fee and signed booking form, policy form, and contract. I will hold your date for a term of one week to allow for the booking fee and forms to be mailed. If I do not receive your booking fee and forms within one week, I will be unable to hold you date.
All weddings outside of Edmonton, Ky. Will require travel expense.
An additional fee may apply for certain dates, including holidays or exceptional busy times. Please contact me for more information.
I require that a booking form and contract be filled out and signed and a booking fee received before a wedding is considered booked.
Balance is due 14 days prior to the Wedding date unless arrangements have been made to pay the balance in cash or money order on the day of the rehearsal if there is one or on the date of the Wedding.
